Shipping Costs & Import Taxes

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight, and dimensions. Please note that import taxes, duties, and any additional fees are not included in the price of the products or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for covering these costs upon delivery. These fees vary by country, so please check your local import regulations.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.Actual delivery times vary based on location, product availability, and customs clearance. We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, but external factors may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking Your Order

RETURNS

International Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns* or exchanges unless the product is defective. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact (WhatsApp) within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping Costs*: For eligible returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Conditions for Exchange:* Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase, clean and not having been used. Damaged or missing product identification marks may result in the refusal of your exchange. If the machine was used the filter must be replaced, as it contains bio-materials, hence the refund mayl be recalculated.

Warranty

Warranty Limitations

Our one-year limited warranty* applies to all NAILSX machines. However, please note that this warranty is only valid in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

- International Warranty:If you purchase a product from our Hong Kong warehouse and request delivery to another country, you may not be eligible for warranty service in that location. Please review the specific warranty conditions for your country before purchasing.
